DELIVERY METHODS

 

 

Order & Delivery

 

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message and a confirmation email with your order details.

 

Product deliveries are carried out by our courier partner. In order for them to be able to provide this service, you consent to the disclosure of all necessary information to the above company (name, address, telephone number), so that they can provide the delivery. Deliveries take place from 9:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Friday. Once the order arrives at the pick-up address, you will be asked for your signature to acknowledge receipt.

 

If your order arrives at its destination and there is no one present to collect it, then the partner courier company will make two more attempts over the next working days, leaving a notice for you to contact them. The timeframe to contact them and arrange delivery is 3 business days. After this timeframe, the order is automatically returned to our warehouses. Once your order is returned to us, and has been paid for, we will contact you about the alternatives we offer.

 

If the information submitted with the order is incorrect, the Company bears no responsibility for non-delivery.

 

 

Delivery costs

 

• for purchases below 80€, and for Express courier delivery within 3 working days, delivery cost is 10€

• for purchases from 80€ and above, delivery is free of charge
