PAYMENT METHODS

 

The payment methods you can use to purchase products from our online store are:

 

Debit/Credit card

The following cards are accepted and appear as an option during the online ordering process: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners.

 

Debit/Credit card payment is a secure payment method. A.X.F S.A. will never have knowledge of your card or account information. When paying for your order, A.X.F S.A. does not under any circumstance come into contact with your card details. This information is entered directly by you, using an encrypted connection to our bank's secure systems.

 

Your card will be charged after checking its validity and the available balance. If the transaction is not authorized by the Bank, then the purchase cannot be submitted. The Company bears no liability in case of illegal use of debit/credit cards.

 

If you choose to pay by card, you must be present when receiving your order and may be asked to show you card and ID. In this case, order receipt by a third party is not allowed. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company. In this case the card should be corporate and the recipient's name should be written on it. When placing an order, the purchase agreement is made once the transaction has been completed.

 

PayPal

 

Paying with PayPal is also a completely safe payment method. A.X.F S.A. will never have knowledge of your account information. To pay for the order, you are securely redirected to the PayPal website, and will never come into contact with your account details.

 

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you must be present when receiving your order with your ID card. In this case, the receipt of the order by a third party is not allowed. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company. When placing an order, the purchase agreement is made once the transaction has been completed.

 

Cash on delivery

 

Cash on delivery is also available though our e-shop. The service fee is as listed below:

• for purchases below 80€, the service fee is 3€
• for purchases from 80€ and above, the service fee is free of charge
