You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of the date you received it. Your return will be accepted provided the following apply:

  • The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).
  • The products must be in their original condition and no labels (e.g. protective materials, identification tags, labels) must have been removed.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

Returns will only be eligible after approval by the Company. For hygiene purposes, the Company does not accept returns on swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights and jewellery. The Company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them. All returns are made only by courier services.

 

In the RETURN FORM (which can be found here) you are invited to:

  • Fill in the required fields with the information you will find on the purchase receipt.
  • Place your products in the package to be returned and include within the package the completed return form.
  • Deliver your parcel to Geniki Taxydromiki, charging the recipient (A.X.F S.A.).
  • Send the products to the following address: E-SHOP RETURNS DEPARTMENT, Dios 56 & Filosofon, Kifissia, P.O. 14564, Greece

 

REFUNDS

 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Therefore, please fill in the relevant field according to the payment method. For Cash on Delivery, all relevant fields have to be filled in (IBAN, bank name, account owner). Only the purchase amount is credited to your account and not the shipping costs. The process is completed within 20 working days of the date we receive your return.

 

Shipping costs for product returns :

If you choose to use our courier partner, returns are free of charge.

Should you choose to use any other courier company, you will be burdened with the shipping costs and pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the package.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Order cancellation is possible in the following cases:

  • Before completing the order, during the online ordering process, you can remove the products from your shopping cart, or cancel the payment if redirected to the bank's payment page.
  • If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been invoiced/shipped, you can contact us by phone at +30 2165000170 or online at [email protected] and we will take care of the cancellation.
  • If your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it, and you wish to cancel it, please contact us directly by phone at +302165000170 or by email at [email protected] and provide your order details. We will immediately inform you of all your options.
