The company under the name "A.X.F. ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΕΝΔΥΜΑΤΩΝ ΥΦΑΣΜΑΤΩΝ" and the trade name "A.X.F S.A." ("Company") welcomes you to the ale.cy website, through which you can stay informed about its products and place your online orders remotely.

These terms of operation and use of the website are fully compliant with the applicable European and Greek law, and the user visiting the website acknowledges that they have full knowledge of these terms, expressly and unconditionally accepts them, and undertakes to comply with them.

1. Terms

 

Users are free to navigate the website; however, the ability to place orders and purchase products ("Service") is exclusively reserved for legally competent Users according to Greek Law. In the case of an order by a legally incompetent person, the Company reserves the right to execute the order by the person who exercises guardianship or supervision.

The products sold through the website are intended exclusively for purchase by Users and not for resale. In the event of a violation of this term, the User is obliged to compensate the Company for any damages resulting from their non-compliance with the terms.

The Company reserves its right to modify these terms at any time, which will be announced on the website within a reasonable timeframe. In any case, the terms posted on the date of the User's order will apply to them. The Company also reserves its right to terminate, at any time and without notice, part or all of the services provided on the Website.

The non-exercise of any of the rights derived from these terms by the Company does not imply in any case a waiver of these rights.

 

2. Provided Information & Products 

 

A.X.F. S.A. commits to the completeness and accuracy of the information presented on its website www.ale.cy, both regarding the existence of essential characteristics case-specifically described for each product it offers and the accuracy of the details concerning the services provided by A.X.F. S.A.’s online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that may have escaped attention or unintentionally arisen or due to any interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure reasons.

 

3. Limitation of Liability 

 

A.X.F. S.A. cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products but guarantees timely notification to end consumers regarding their unavailability. A.X.F. S.A. is liable only for fraud and gross negligence in the event of delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information given or services provided through its website. The online store of A.X.F. S.A. bears no responsibility for any technical issues that users may encounter when attempting to access the website and during their use, which are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Furthermore, A.X.F. S.A. has no liability for actions or omissions of third parties, particularly unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information provided through it.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights 

 

The website www.ale.cy is the official online shop of A.X.F. S.A. The trade names and trademarks displayed on the website constitute the intellectual property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to take civil, administrative, and criminal legal actions against any violator of the relevant terms.

All texts, photos, designs, commercial and financial information, programs, clothing and other product designs, as well as the layout of ale.cy, are subject to the intellectual property rights of the Company and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek Law, European law, and applicable international conventions on intellectual property. In any case, their appearance and presentation on the website www.ale.cy should not be construed in any way as a transfer or grant of a license or usage right.

Based on the above, the complete or partial copying, distribution, transmission, processing, storage, reproduction, republication, modification, resale, creation of derivative works, or misleading of the public regarding the actual provider of the content of the websites, and any related action on the above elements, is expressly prohibited without the Company's explicit prior written consent. Otherwise, these actions may constitute an infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Company, which reserves the right to seek any positive and consequential damage caused to it in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.

 

5. User’s Obligations

 

Users of the website www.ale.cy agree not to use the website and the online store of A.X.F. S.A. for sending, posting, emailing, or transmitting in any way any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, indecent, libelous, violates someone's privacy, shows malice, or expresses racial, national, or other discriminations, may cause harm to minors in any way, is not permitted to be transmitted in accordance with the law or contractual or managerial relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements), violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of third parties, contains software viruses or any other codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, cause damage, destroy, or impede the operation of any software or computer hardware, intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and EU legislation and its provisions, may harass third parties in any way, and any content is used to collect or store users' personal data.

 

6. Transaction Privacy 

 

The observance of privacy is considered self-evident. The same basic principles that govern traditional transactions apply to electronic commerce as well. All information transmitted by the user/member to A.X.F. S.A. is confidential, and A.X.F. S.A. has taken all necessary measures to use them only to the extent that is deemed necessary within the scope of the provided services. A.X.F. S.A. does not disclose customer information and their transactions, unless it has written authorization from you or it is required by a court decision or a decision of another public authority. In the event that A.X.F. S.A. uses third parties to support its systems, it takes measures to ensure confidentiality. You can request any information kept about you and its correction in case you can document the existence of an error. For your own safety, you should handle all information provided through the service as confidential and private and refrain from disclosing it to third parties.

 

7. Transaction Security 

 

Our Company recognizes data and transaction security as a matter of major importance, and for this reason, it takes all necessary measures to ensure it.

User Identification

For your identification, your email and personal secret security code (password) are used. Each time you enter them, you are provided with secure access while ensuring absolute security of your personal information. You have the option to change your Personal Secret Security Code (password) and your email address (e-mail) as often as you wish. The only person who has access to your information is you, through the aforementioned codes, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of it from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, you should notify us immediately, otherwise, the electronic store of A.X.F. S.A. is not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, we recommend changing your password at regular intervals and avoiding the use of easily detectable codes (e.g., birthdate).

 

Payment

Paying with a credit card or PayPal is a totally secure payment method for our customers. The Company A.X.F. S.A. will never have access to your card information or your account. For the payment of your order, the Company redirects you to the website of the cooperating bank or PayPal, without ever coming into contact with the details and data of your credit/debit card. These details are entered directly by you using an encrypted connection to the secure systems of the cooperating bank or PayPal. The information remains encrypted and is not disclosed to any third party.

Consequently, the non-provision of your data during the ordering and execution process makes it impossible to conclude the sales contract between us.

9. Product purchase

 

To facilitate your search process, we have divided our products into central categories. In each category, there are relevant filters that help you narrow down your search easily and quickly. A.X.F. S.A. makes every effort to provide high-quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and secondary product characteristics cannot be excluded, and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no disruptions to the operation of the website or “human” mistakes during the update/listing of a product's price. For the security and effectiveness of your purchases, if you notice that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, before placing your order, please contact the Customer Service Department at +302165000170, via email: [email protected] or through the website's contact form. Upon completing your order registration, you will receive an automated email that will detail your order. Generally, in cases where there is any pending issue with your order, you will receive a corresponding email. Alternatively, we will contact you at the phone numbers you have provided during registration or when placing your order on our site. We urge you to ensure that you can receive and keep these emails throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the related emails, according to the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay.

 

10. Withdrawal / Product Return - Replacement 

 

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 days from the date of receiving. Your return will be accepted provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The purchase has been made exclusively from our online store (online or by phone).
  • The product/products are in their original condition and have not had any special tags removed (e.g., protective covers, tags).

Furthermore, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (such as shipping bill/delivery note, original purchase receipt, etc.) and the RETURN FORM.

Before any return, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform A.X.F. S.A. explicitly by registered mail or e-mail.

 

Return Instructions

 

Returns will only be accepted upon the Company's approval. For reasons of hygiene, the Company does not accept returns for swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, stockings, and jewelry. The Company is not liable for any damages or defects to the products after their use and is not obliged to replace them under any circumstances. Every return must be processed exclusively through a courier service.

In the RETURN FORM (you can find it here), you are given the following options:

  • Fill in the required fields with the information you will find on the purchase receipt, which is located on the external side of the package.
  • Place your products in the return package and make sure to include the completed return form inside the package.
  • Deliver your package to the cooperating Courier company, Geniki Taxydromiki, with recipient charges.

MONEY REFUND


The money refund is processed in the same way as the payment for the order. For this reason, you should complete the relevant field according to the payment method.

In the case of cash on delivery, you will need to fill in the required fields, IBAN, bank name, and beneficiary name. Only the purchase amount is credited to your account, excluding shipping costs or cash on delivery fees. The process is completed within 20 business days from the date we receive your return.

Return Shipping Costs:

If you use our partner (Geniki Taxydromiki) with recipient charges, your return is free of charge.

In the case that you choose to use any other courier company, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs and you pay them to the company you have selected when sending the package.

 

11. Order Cancellation 

 

Cancellation of the order is possible in the following cases:

  • Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can remove quantities of products from your cart by clicking the delete button.
  • If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been invoiced/dispatched, you can call us at +302165000170, or email us at [email protected] and we will take care of canceling your order.
  • In the event that your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it and you wish to cancel it, contact us immediately at +302165000170 or [email protected] and provide your order details. We will promptly inform you about all your options.

In any case, order cancellation requires written notice within 14 days or the order date. If you have already received your order, products must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date.

 

12. Payment methods

 

A. Payment with debit/credit card

 

Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Diners, which are displayed as options in the online ordering system.

Payment with a credit card is a totally secure method of payment for our customers. The Company A.X.F. S.A. will never have knowledge of your card information or your account. During the payment of your order, A.X.F. S.A. does not come into contact in any way with your card's details and data. This information is entered directly by you, using an encrypted connection to the secure systems of the cooperating bank.

The charge will be made once the validity of the transaction is checked, the information is verified, and the balance is confirmed to cover the value of your order. If the transaction is rejected by the respective Bank or network, then the purchase will not be completed. The Company is not responsible for any unlawful use of credit cards.

In the case of choosing to pay by credit card, you must be present at the time of receiving your order, having your card and identification with you. In this case, the delivery of the order to a third party is not allowed. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company. In this case, the card must be a corporate one and the recipient's name must be on the card. When placing an order, the purchase agreement is concluded after the transfer of your payment is completed.

 

B. Payment via PayPal

 

The online store www.attrattivo.cy cooperates with PayPal. Payment through PayPal is a totally secure payment method for our customers. The Company A.X.F. S.A. will never have knowledge of your account information. For payment, it redirects you to the PayPal website without coming into contact with your account details and data in any way.

In the case of choosing to pay via PayPal, you must be present at the time of receiving your order, having your identification with you. In this case, the delivery of the order to a third party is not allowed. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company.

When placing an order, the purchase agreement is concluded after the transfer of your payment.

 

C. Cash on Delivery

 

Payment for the order is made upon delivery of the product/s. The cost of the Cash on Delivery service is:

• for purchases under 80€, a charge of 3€ applies

• for purchases of 80€ and above, it is free of charge

 

13. Order/ Product delivery

 

Once your order is successfully registered, a confirmation message appears, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of your order.

Product deliveries are made only in Cyprus, within two to three (2-3) business days through the cooperating courier company. In order to complete the service, you consent to providing the necessary information to the above-mentioned company (full name, address, phone number) for the delivery.

Product distribution takes place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Once the order arrives at the delivery address, you will be asked to sign for the delivery.

If your order reaches its destination, and there is no one to receive it, the cooperating courier company will make two more attempts on the following business days, leaving a notification for you to contact their representative. The time frame for you to contact them and arrange for the product to be re-sent to you is 3 business days. After this specific time period, the order is automatically returned to our warehouses. When your order is returned to us and has been paid for, we will contact you regarding the available alternatives we offer.

In case the details provided during the order placement are incorrect, the Company is not responsible for non-delivery.

 

14. Order delay

 

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product has been delayed in reaching our warehouse: in such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product or if we can suggest an alternative.
  • The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available: in this case, we will contact you immediately to provide you with all available alternative solutions.
  • During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in cases of force majeure that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
  • In case it is not possible to contact you by phone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or its payment) because, for example, the information you have provided is not up-to-date.

 

15. Currency

 

The currencies listed are for informational purposes only and all transactions are conducted in Euro (€).

 

16. Alternative dipute resolution

 

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, which was incorporated into Greek law with Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, the possibility of electronically resolving consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is now provided throughout the European Union.
