Shipping costs:
Shipping costs €10 for orders under €80 (Express delivery within 3 working days), while orders over €80 are shipped free of charge.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days and apply to refunds only. Products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returns are accepted only upon approval and via courier. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights, and jewelry cannot be returned.
To proceed with a return, you must complete the return form and send the parcel via the partnered courier (receiver charge – free of charge for you). If you choose a different shipping provider, you will be fully responsible for the return costs.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method and are completed within up to 20 working days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
